aphvn.com is operated by APHVN Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 15968200. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean APHVN Limited, and "you" means anyone using the site.
By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
This site describes our studio and the apps we build. It is provided for information only: nothing on it is an offer, a contract, or professional advice, and figures such as download or user counts are indicative rather than warranted.
Our apps are separate products. Anything you download from the App Store, Google Play or another storefront is governed by that app's own terms, licence and privacy policy, not by these terms.
Parts of this site are shared in real time with whoever else has it open. Use it in good faith. You agree not to:
We may rate-limit, suspend or block access, and remove content, where we reasonably believe this clause has been breached.
The site, its design, code, text, logos and the APHVN name are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may view the site and print or download extracts for your own reference. You may not otherwise copy, republish, or use our branding or content commercially without our written permission.
Third-party names and marks shown on the site, including app store and platform marks, belong to their respective owners.
The site loads services operated by others - including Cloudflare, Google, Ably and cataas.com - and links to external sites such as app store listings. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or availability. See our privacy policy for what this means for your data.
The site is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its content is complete or current, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot legally be limited. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site.
How we handle personal data is set out in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here, with the date at the top, is the one that applies to your use of the site.
These terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
